In a perfect world for a business owner, 100% of the company’s work force is fully engaged in fulfilling the mission of the company 100% of the time. But according to recent surveys, the reality of the entrepreneur’s world is distinctly different, as on average, just 37% of workers in the United States would classify themselves as “engaged” in the best interest of the company.
