About the Show
Youth is served every month on American Entrepreneur Radio, as Propel Schools presents the “Young American Entrepreneurs” featured segment. “The American Entrepreneur” Ron Morris is joined by 14-year old Ben Wasson as they spotlight young people making a name for themselves, both regionally and nationally, in the areas of business and leadership. Their guests include a variety of entrepreneurs, inventors, academic achievers, student-athletes, and authors, all of whom are on the early path to success, and none of whom are planning to look back!
Meet the Host
Ben Wasson
Hi, my name is Benjamin Wasson. I am currently fourteen years old and a freshman at Chartiers Valley High School. I live in Collier Township with my parents, Becky and Tony, and my two twelve year old twin brothers, Connor and Cole. Winning many awards in the past has contributed to my position as a co-host on the American Entrepreneur, Money Talk 1360. I have attended two Junior National Young Leaders Conferences of America, including the presidential inauguration of Barrack Obama. I was also a former Bridgeville Rotary Club representative and student of the year for 2010 at Chartiers Valley Middle School. I am an honors student and enjoy math and social studies. When I am not busy studying for upcoming tests, I am participating in many club sports, such as golf and lacrosse. I also enjoy community service by working at St. Clair Hospital. In addition, I run a small business with my brothers consisting of small jobs around the neighborhood. I am always interested when I am given the opportunity to interview young entrepreneurs on the radio in order to expand their business and knowledge. In the future, I hope to get a degree in finance and law, and apply that to a career and start my own business.
