How a Time-Saving Stopgap Turned Into a Successful Product Line For Athletes
When college punter Matt Crawley would practice his craft in the backyard where he and twin brother Paul grew up, most of his punts ended up halfway down the street, and chasing footballs down fast became a time-consuming pursuit for the brothers. Their solution was to build an S-shaped net that would absorb the force of the punt and immediately return the ball back to Matt. Over 20 years later, that solution grew into The Net Return, a product line of athletic return nets that has transcended into a must-have device for athletes who are serious about golf, soccer, football, baseball, and lacrosse.
