D. Raja, Rich Fitzgerald, Terry Madonna

Of the many issues that have come up in the hotly-contested campaign for Allegheny County Executive, none may hit home to the candidates, Raja and Rich Fitzgerald, more than that of business, seeing as both candidates themselves own companies.  From taxes to job creation to the steps necessary to make Allegheny County a business-friendly place to set up shop, both men have strong opinions and insights into what comes next.  They’ll square off in a discussion of the issues, with The American Entrepreneur, Ron Morris, holding court.

Polls Apart.  Do Polls Really Reflect Our Opinions?
In a democratic society, the will of the people is the determining factor in choosing our leadership, and by extension, our rules, our laws, and how we live our lives.  Thanks to technological advancements, our ability to poll groups of people at any time on any measure have given us a snapshot of the mood of the people on any subject.  Nobody is more aware of this than Terry Madonna, a political analyst at Franklin and Marshall College, and he talks with “The American Entrepreneur” Ron Morris about the state and federal election trends he’s seeing, and what the results say about the true needs of the American people.
