From 1982 to 1987, John Kuhns’ company, Catalyst Energy Corporation, was the fastest growing public company in the United States, according to Inc. Magazine.  The secret to its success?  Location…specifically, a burgeoning Chinese economy that was emerging from Communism, embracing the idea of Capitalism, and enabling western entrepreneurs who were willing to roll the dice to do business at a fraction of the cost of their competitors.  John fictionalized his story through his first novel, “China Fortunes: A Tale of Business in the New World”, and he talks with “The International Capitalist” David Iwinski about his story, and that of his protagonist alter ego, “Jack Davis”
