Dale Moser
CEO, MegaBusHe has been successful at Coach USA, including his 2006 launch of megabus.com, the widely popular city-to-city, express bus company with fares from $1 via the Internet. Megabus.com has grown to a $150 million business serving 13 million passengers in more than 70 major cities in North America.
Dale Moser is known in North America's transportation industry as a team motivator with the ability to lead change and identify talent. He stands out as a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and an eye for customer satisfaction and motivating people;which has driven sales, growth, and profitability at Coach USA.
He has more than 30 years of experience in marketing, manufacturing, and service companies. Earlier in his career, he helped reengineer the operations of two other companies in the transportation sector—Laidlaw and Ryder System. Besides his positions at Coach USA, he is executive director of the American Bus Assn. in Washington, D.C.
Moser obtained a BS in business administration, finance/management, at Kutztown University and remains a lifelong student of innovation in his industry.
He is married, with three children, and lives in the Chicago suburb of Aurora, where he is a volunteer youth coach for various athletics and a volunteer on his church's finance committee.
